Luke, Mom, Melissa and I went off-roading in Big Bear today. We had a little mechanical issue caused by driving through too much water. I was able to get the Jeep running again, and we got out safely! Luke even had a chance to drive… Take a look at my little comic that tells the story of our adventure!

Today we had a party at my Mom’s house to celebrate Mom and Richard’s retirement! All of the Kojima clan, our family, the extended Kojima and Smith family, and the new owners were in attendance. We had a great time, ate some good food, and played a great white elephant gift game. I certainly hope that this will not be the last time we spend such a wonderful time together! Can we make plans for next year right now?

Here are a bunch of pictures I’ve been taking with my phone at MacWorld. I’ve also thrown in a few extracurricular pictures from dinner! I know the quality is not great, but I hope it gives you the feel of things up here. There are a lot of new products being shown, and I even bought one! It’s a little program called Comic Life that takes your iPhoto pictures and lets you convert them into comics. Very cool. There are a LOT of iPod related products here… Makes me wish I owned an iPod! Well, enjoy the pictures!
Well, I am off to Mac World tomorrow! I can’t wait to see the new Intel Macs, and of course play around with all kinds of Mac gear. I hope to post some photos from my phone, and get some time on the net to add comments. Watch this space!

I went to the Apple Store at Victoria Gardens to replace my failing Mighty Mouse… The place was PACKED. I could not believe how many people were milling around in there. I noticed that at almost every computer in the store there was a iPod of some flavor attached. I also noticed that almost everyone in line to buy buy something was buying iPods or accessories…
Anyway, I was really happy with the service I got. I just told them the mouse was acting up, they pulled a new one off the shelf, scanned it into the POS terminal, and gave it to me. I was impressed.
